Bad Bad Bad - should be rated below 1 star. Checked in online for two days. My worse stay ever in last 30 years. I paid almost Rs4200 per night. Money in the drain. Dirty sheets, dirty bath showers, unsanitary place, cracked floors, paint is chipping off or smudged poorly. Slow single elevator, poor preparation of breakfast items, stale bread, dirty spoons and cups. Do not fall for glass tall building. Inside it looks UNTIDY and UNSANITARY. They did not want to clean up my room 2nd days. I confronted to clean my room and went to dinner. I came back and room was still dirty. I told front desk manager to change my room. He had a bad attitude. Bad hospitality skills. Every staff member is on the phone all the time. Bell desk is in the lobby is on the phone. They don’t help. This place is beyond nightmare. DO NOT GO TO TURQUOISE HOTEL

Worst experience ever rooms are so smelly, dust everywhere staff so rude and furniture is in a very bed condition even the room tiles have gap between them. We could also see fungus on the wi dow the towels which where provided where already dirty

The worse experience i ever had at hotel. Staff are doing fraud with guest. We paid 3500 tariff for one day at night although they mention 2000 per day tariff in the reg card or bills not only this they also change ur details like mobile no. They changed my check in time just bcoz of they want to charge more tariff … I paid them 5700/- tariff for 2 days but we stayed here only for one day . When i told this issue to morning shift he justified him and start blaming me that im not understanding him. Disgusting behaviour from staff side . If this review is able GM OR MD of the hotel kindly change your staff and take some strict action against them otherwise u will be get alot of reviews like this. For these things ur rating is going dow At the last Im not suggesting anyone to be a part of their hotel as a staff or guest. If u still choose kindly take final copy of the bill. And look ur details carefully. Mr. Rahul Thakur was at night as a GSA.

the worse stayis ever had in my life. Here is completely fraud going on . They are taking a huge amount of tariff with guest And put it on their pocket and write a small amount of tariff on the reg card . We were check in at night 15/03/204 at 12:10pm the person at night Mr. Rahul Thakur took 3500 in their account and mention on the reg card 2000 tariff. As well as he chnged our mobile no. and check in time (10:30pm of 14/03/24) this time we did not enter in chd…. If you are still choose this hotel kindly take your final bill copy with u and check the tariff….

Rooms are in soo poor condition! Worst hospitality and unhygienic conditions of the room I Immediately made a checkout within 10 mins after entering the room! The price we are paying is ridiculous for this hotel! The staff is so weird with the customers
